1. Who we are

Skadi Tools Ltd ("Skadi", "we", "us") sells wall-mounted kindling splitters from our workshop in England, UK. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Contact: info@skadi-uk.com

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

All orders are subject to availability. We will notify you promptly if a product is out of stock and offer either a wait or a full refund.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order via Stripe (card) or PayPal. We do not store card details — all payment processing is handled by our payment providers.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all UK orders within 2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

5. Returns and refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from receipt to cancel your order for any reason. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging. To start a return, email info@skadi-uk.com. Return postage is at your expense. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

If the product is faulty or damaged on arrival, we will arrange collection and replacement or refund at no cost to you.

6. Warranty

Skadi kindling splitters carry a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and cosmetic ageing of the powder-coat finish.

7. Limitation of liability

Our total liability will not exceed the price paid for your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
